Game of Thrones

I've been pondering doing an Eddard Stark cosplay since watching Game of Thrones. It's not the sort of thing I'd usually choose to cosplay, being that it's generally harder to pull off the look of a character portrayed IRL. But I reckon his outfit in Kings Landing is pretty distinctive, especially the Hand of the King badge - plus I can grow my beard and chop my hair a little.



What do you guys think? Anyone else pondering a GoT related cosplay?

Stark would be a pretty awesome cosplay, if not difficult to make, lol.

The problem with Game of Thrones cosplay is that while the male outfit are as you say distinctive, the female ones are just medieval styled and in general just not that impressive.

True, although I have seen one pretty distinctive cosplay of Daenerys. Having said that, the fact someone was brave/daft enough to choose her final scene - the very last in the series - is slightly disturbing. xD

I've read all the books!! Including the newest one which was devoured in like 4 days!...literally started reading them when the 2nd one was published....like 8 year ago or something now XDD

Followed the tv series from the moment it was annoucned...all through the casting and production to finally watching it
and it was sooo soso awesome! They have done such an amazing job!

Also I have been planning a Daenerys Targaryen since like forever XD

Its currently in the making now though

Awesome! I'm still just pondering Ned. I can't make costumes for shit so I'll have to comish it from someone if I do do it.

Some of the dresses are stunning and beautifully detailed...anything Cersei or Sansa wears....and just wait for next season!

Aye, and with that amount of leather it'd probably be a strictly winter only cosplay. xD
